About
For a number of years I have been regularly practicing a mindfulness technique known as ‘Focusing’. Introduced to it in 2008, I found it greatly helped me to deal with the pain and shock of losing my mother. Then in 2011 I lost three more close family members unexpectedly (two from Long Q-T syndrome) and again I used it as a resource to help me deal with the pain, shock and loss.
My focusing practice, combined with many years of experience in corporate, government and private training, has brought me to a time of wonder, asking the question:
How can the combination of both professional development training and focusing improve our workplaces and working life?
The results spoke for themselves… it was time to take it out there!
