Mindfulness in Schools

Need a Hint has developed a range of teaching resources and provided a range of programs in schools –¬† term long, day long, what hour long. (Read testimonials from the students!) These have either been embedded into the curriculum or delivered as stand alone programs. The term long programs are flexible, allowing for variations in term length and unanticipated changes to timetables.

Courses are adapted to suit specific year levels and have been compiled to correspond to both the National Framework for Education in Australian Schools and AusVELS.

Need a Hint has brought mindfulness training to the following schools in Australia and the UK:

Aitken College, The Academy of Mary the Immaculate, Korowa Anglican Girls’ School, Wesley College, John Fawkner College, Wheelers Hill Secondary College and Downs View Link College.

Teacher training workshops are also provided to enable teachers to interact mindfully with students, parents and school staff. This training can take the form of one off introductory sessions (suitable for staff PD days) to 4 day training programs.
